Blackberry & Orange Chipotle Pork Tenderloin


Ingredients:
  • 2  1 lb pork tenderloins
  • 2  teaspoon  salt
  • 2  teaspoon  pepper
  • 3  tablespoon  extra virgin olive oil
  • 1  bottle Kozlowski Farms Blackberry & Orange Chipotle Grill Sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Wash pork tenderloins in cold water and pat dry. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Salt and pepper tenderloins, place in skillet and brown for one minute on each side. Remove tenderloins from skillet and place in a baking pan. Pour 1 bottle Kozlowski Farms Blackberry & Orange Roasted Chipotle Grill Sauce into pan and over tenderloin. Bake for 40 minutes (or until meat thermometer reads 145degrees F) basting with the grill sauce every 10 minutes. Garnish with blackberries and sliced oranges.
