Mango & Apricot Roasted Chipotle Salmon Fillet


Ingredients:
  • 1  bottle Kozlowski Farms Mango & Apricot Chipotle Grill Sauce
  • 1/4  cup  butter
  • 2  lb salmon fillet, skin on; sliced in to 3" portions
  •   salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions:
Salt and pepper salmon fillet. Melt butter in large skillet medium low heat, add 1 cup Mango & Apricot Roasted Chipotle Grill Sauce. Place salmon in heated skillet flush side down, brown for 2 minutes, then turn and cook on skin side for 3 minutes. Plate and garnish with a generous teaspoon of Mango & Apricot Chipotle Grill Sauce. Serve
