lb salmon fillet, skin on; sliced in to 3" portions

Directions:

Salt and pepper salmon fillet. Melt butter in large skillet medium low heat, add 1 cup Mango & Apricot Roasted Chipotle Grill Sauce. Place salmon in heated skillet flush side down, brown for 2 minutes, then turn and cook on skin side for 3 minutes. Plate and garnish with a generous teaspoon of Mango & Apricot Chipotle Grill Sauce. Serve
