jar Kozlowski Farms Red Raspberry Jam

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 F.
Coat five 5 3/4 x 3 x 2 inch disposable foil loaf pans with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Combine eggs and milk. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt. Add egg and cornmeal mixtures alternately to butter and sugar mixture. Pour evenly into greased loaf pans. Place 3 to 4 dollops, about 1/2 tsp. per dollop, of Kozlowski Farms Blueberry Jam in batter, repeat this step with Kozlowski Farms Red Raspberry Jam. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until tops are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and cool completely.
