large boneless skinless chicken breasts, washed, dried, and cut into 1" cubes

16 oz. package uncooked spaghetti noodles

extra virgin oilve oil

bottle (12 fl oz) Kozlowski Farms Zesty Herb Dressing

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat large baking sheet with olive oil.
Marinate chicken cubes in 1 cup Kozlowski Farms Zesty Herb Dressing for 2 hours in refrigerator.
In a large bowl, combine bell peppers, onion, mushrooms, carrots, and zucchini. Toss to coat vegetables with olive oil, add salt and pepper. Arrange vegetables on prepared baking sheet and broil 10-12 minutes, until tender and golden brown. Turn vegetables halfway through cooking time. Remove vegetables from oven and set aside.
In a medium skillet cook marinated chicken over medium-high heat until golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Set aside.
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and return to pot, coat noodles with 2 tablespoons oilve oil to avoid sticking. Stir in roasted vegetables and cooked chicken. When cool, add 1 cup Kozlowski Farms Zesty Herb Dressing, toss to coat pasta. Serve cold.
